Firstly My Name Is Jon,22 years ago I started working in a bar  part time nothing special about this bar or so I thought, I will  always remember my very first manager Dave Collins, he was  someone who took the time to share his knowledge, passion and  experience, what he did guided me to where I am today. 22 years  in the trade and striving to be my own publican with the wealth of experience from up and down the country with the same drive  and passion I once had on my first day all them years ago.
